In under two hours, users will have a solid overview of tai chi fundamentals, including correct breathing, postures and movement terminology. They can then customize their training and track daily progress. Extreme Reality's motion technology monitors and analyzes the user’s movement, providing real-time feedback on how well the movements are performed compared to Master Li.

Users can now use their mobile devices to learn "cloud hands" and "white crane spreads its wings" by syncing their movements with Master Li. They now have a modern tool for learning an ancient art form."
